Utah Jazz officially re-signs Kyrylo Fesenko

Jazz general manager Kevin O'Connor makes a public announcement today that the team officially free-agent center Kyrylo Fesenko in charles barkley jersey with terms of the deal were not released, the day the team held Media Day to kick off training camp according to sources that the offer worth about $1.1 million. Utah will need Fesenko's size while Mehmet Okur is rehabbing, but fantasy owners shouldn't get carried away -- he'll be scrapping for backup center minutes with veteran Francisco Elson.

A three-year NBA veteran in portland trail blazers jersey, Fesenko (7-1, 300, Ukraine) appeared in 49 games (five starts) for the Jazz in 2009-10, averaging 2.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in 8.3 minutes. He also appeared in all 10 Jazz playoff games (nine starts), averaging 3.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 0.50 blocks in 18.0 minutes. Fesenko in blazers jerseys scored in double figures three times on the season, and grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds in Game 4 of the Conference Semifinals vs. the L.A. Lakers. Originally selected by Philadelphia in the second round (38th overall selection) of the 2007 NBA Draft, the Jazz acquired Fesenko's rights in a draft-night deal that sent the draft rights to Herbert Hill (55th overall pick) to the 76ers. Fesenko in blazers jerseys has appeared in a total of 79 regular season games and owns career averages of 2.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in 8.0 minutes per game.

The Russian small forward in kevin martin jersey, who's played for the Jazz for the past nine seasons, acknowledged hearing rumors about his possible trade to Denver as part of the Carmelo Anthony in john stockton jersey. All he knows for now is that he is still on Utah's squad — right where he wants to be. He plans on showing up Tuesday for the first day of camp. Before addressing the trade rumors, Jazz general manager Kevin O'Connor in san antonio spurs jersey remarked that Kirilenko in kevin martin jersey looks to be in good physical condition. As for the publicized four-team deal, O'Connor admitted conversations were held "with a lot of teams" but emphasized the team is "not looking to trade" Kirilenko in utah jazz jersey and his expiring $17.8 million contract. O'Connor said the blockbuster trade "got ahead of itself" in the media, adding that "if you were going to make that trade it would have been done Friday or Saturday at the latest." Asked if that meant the Jazz are no longer involved in those trade talks — a reported deal that would send Kirilenko in utah jazz jersey to Denver and bring Boris Diaw in deron williams jersey and Quinton Ross in karl malone jersey to Utah — O'Connor had a short response.
